What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in outpatient clinics and affiliated locations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes 12 physicians, 8 APPs, nurse navigators, and social workers
• Deliver outreach services approximately six days per month in Lamar and Trinidad, supporting rural cancer patients
• Participate in clinical quality improvement and cancer care programs
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and coordination
• Support a physician-led, innovative, and patient-centered practice
• Engage in limited call responsibilities as part of the team

What You Need:

• Medical Degree and Board Certification or Eligibility in Hematology/Oncology
• Active license to practice in Colorado
• Passion for rural health outreach and providing equitable cancer care
• Willingness to travel approximately 6 days/month for outreach clinics
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
