Program Performance Management Manager

Leading program performance management initiatives, the full-time salaried Manager, Program Performance Management will manage a team of analysts, oversee program performance activities, and ensure alignment with business goals in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities: Manages a team of Program Performance Management Analysts, providing coaching and mentorship in earned value tools and processes Leads program performance management activities to align cost, schedule, technical, and risk objectives with contract requirements Oversees the development and maintenance of Integrated Master Plans, schedules, performance metrics, and variance analysis to support program execution Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline 12+ years of related experience in a technical, business, military, or U.S. government contractor environment 5+ years of leadership experience Demonstrated experience leading program planning, scheduling, and EVMS activities on DoD programs Experience with Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance
