Director of Human Resources OperationsThe Director of Human Resources Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for the day-to-day administration of Human Resources services at Reynolds Community College. The position is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, compliant, and customer-focused HR operations that support the college's mission, workforce, and institutional priorities. The Director oversees core HR operational functions, including employee lifecycle administration, personnel transactions, HR systems and records, recruitment and onboarding processes, HR policies and procedures, employee relations support, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted HR partner to college leadership, managers, faculty, and staff and will promote a culture of service, accountability, inclusion, and operational excellence.
