Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers face-to-face with mobile phone features and troubleshooting.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Support back-office operations and maintain customer records.
- Guide customers on new phone features, settings, and basic technical issues.
Required Skills
- 24 years of customer service or mobile support experience.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of smartphones and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage both front-desk and back-office tasks efficiently.
