Business Office Manager

Heritage Care Center of Berkeley

Heritage Care Center of Berkeley We are seeking individuals with genuine empathy and patience to help care for our residents’ needs. Applicants must have a caring approach and be willing to care for the needs of patients and the team. Pillars for successful employment are work ethic, integrity, and competence. We are currently seeking a BOM. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Manage the resident trust fund Daily banking and cash posting Daily and monthly cash reconciliation Follow the proper Social Security, State and Medicaid regulations. Collections Social Security Rep Payee management Requirements: Experience and/or knowledge of: Medicare & Medicaid reimbursement Consolidation of billing Management of resident trust accounts Completing daily cash/check deposits Daily staffing and financial reporting Completing purchase orders for the facility Previous work in a long-term care facility preferred Minimum of two years of related experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Team player with excellent work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to work some weekend and evening hours Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Vision Insurance Employee Assistance Program 401(k) Life Insurance Paid Time Off Additional Benefits: Telemedicine: $0 co-pay for telemedicine appointments, providing easy access to medical consultations from the comfort of your home.
