responsibilities:

• Perform aseptic gowning and execute daily operations within controlled cleanroom environments.
• Prepare, sterilize, and transfer essential manufacturing materials and equipment.
• Execute aseptic filling, compounding, and packaging processes while strictly following SOPs and GMP guidelines.
• Monitor cleanroom environmental conditions, proactively reporting any potential contamination risks or deviations.
• Maintain complete, accurate batch records and perform routine sanitization, quality assurance, and validation activities.

 
qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated understanding of aseptic techniques and cleanroom protocols.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and regulatory compliance standards in biotech or pharmaceutical environments.
• Ability to work comfortably in a sterile, regulated environment for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail with basic computer proficiency and accurate documentation skills.

Preferred:

• Associate degree or technical training in life sciences.
• 0-2 years of hands-on experience in aseptic processing or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
