Essential Functions As Monitoring Administrator, formulates, designs, and directs the implementation of policies and proceduresregarding monitoring services related to guardianship and adoption action planning and licensing action planning. Directs, plans, and manages Tragedy Reviews and action plan execution. Serves as full line supervisor. Represents the Deputy Director and the Department before other state and federal agencies, privateorganizations, elected officials, courts, and lay groups with regard to permanency-related issues. Serves as Master Trainer in designated areas. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumeratedabove. Minimum Qualifications Requires an MSW or master’s degree in a related human services field. Requires four years of progressively responsible administrative child welfare experience with an MSW OR five years ofprogressively responsible administrative child welfare experience with a master’s degree in a related human services field. Preferred Qualifications 5 years of professional experience managing or conducting child welfare casework or performance monitoring services. 3 years of professional experience in the oversight of a large program for a public or private organization. 3 years of professional project management experience. 3 years of professional experience in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. 3 years of professional experience conducting planning activities on a statewide basis. 3 years of professional experience in the development of strategies for the improvement of program services. 3 years of professional experience conducting community outreach as a representative of a public or businessorganization. 2 years of professional experience serving as a trainer of professional staff in a social work area.
