Broadband Technician I, II or III

Responsibilities Perform residential installs and disconnects (data, video, phone) on customer premises according to organizational standards and specifications. Provide a positive customer experience by ensuring and recording correct RF and signal levels within specifications before completion to reduce repeat calls and truck rolls. Maintain appropriate communication with leadership and dispatch to sustain a productive route while meeting performance metrics, safety, and time management. Provide customer education as subject‑matter expert, focusing on new and existing products and services, and discussing potential upsell opportunities. Operate company vehicle safely and responsibly. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 0 years of experience (entry level). Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record. Knowledge of ladder, hand, or power tools. Excellent customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills. Willingness to learn new skills. Problem‑solving abilities. Effective time management. Teamwork and ability to work independently. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. Work performed in both climate‑controlled and non‑controlled environments, with potential exposure to heat, cold, dust, damp, uneven surfaces, heights, and moving vehicles. Prolonged standing, walking, sitting, and driving required. Ability to safely climb and work from ladders for extended periods. Frequent reaching, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs and ladders, and using hands above and below shoulder level. Ability to bend, twist, kneel, squat, crawl, and maintain various body positions, perform fine motor tasks, forceful gripping, and limited keyboarding.
