ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1999 and currently lead a team of four. I've been with State Farm since 1987, holding roles in Underwriting, Public Affairs, and Fire Claims before becoming an agent. I graduated from the University of Illinois and am proud to have raised my family while building a career centered on serving others.

Giving back to the community has always been important to me. I serve as a Board Member of the Black Alumni Association and as an Original 40 Board Member of Black Wall Street Woodlawn. I believe strong communities are built through service, leadership, and meaningful relationships.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Cater Minnis - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
