Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to gauge clients' mental health and psychosocial needs, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual, group, or family contexts, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate seamlessly with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary professionals involved in a client's care, ensuring a unified approach to mental health support.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute emotional distress, applying de-escalation techniques and compassionate support to facilitate safety and stabilization.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active independent license in one of the following areas: \n

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
  \n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in fields relevant to mental health, such as Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills necessary for building strong therapeutic relationships and effectively documenting client interactions.

• A proven ability to demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence while engaging with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring equitable and inclusive service delivery.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining high standards of care documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in community mental health or telehealth environments. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms is beneficial to efficiently manage appointments and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
