Sous Chef

This is a classic sous chef role responsible with the head chef for all aspects of kitchen management. The sous chef will work with Andy Baraghani and our head chef to finalize our opening menu, hire our team, build kitchen systems, build supplier relationships and help lead day to day production. Ditto will also have a focused baking program (and a pastry chef), but a sous with baking interest or experience is a plus. When fully up and running, Ditto plans to be open 8-8, and therefore this role is more compatible with leaders who want to ensure work life balance. We are staffing for the restaurant and individuals to succeed and thrive.
