We are seeking a Project Manager Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of technology related projects across various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between Project Manager and Customer
- Coordinate all submittals between Suppliers and Vendors
- Coordinate General Contractor communications
- Submit all requited Safety Documents
- Maintain required project documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Project Management not Required
- Must be Familiar with Microsoft Office emphasizing EXCEL
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Good Communication Skills are Required
- Good organizational skills are a MUST!
