Job Overview: Account Manager We are seeking a results‑driven Account Manager to lead our efforts in identifying and acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and achieving revenue goals in the K‑12 education market. Responsibilities Sell Virtucom service solutions to K‑12 school districts Travel within the assigned territory to meet with prospects and clients Serve as a trusted advisor to customers Accurately forecast sales activity on a weekly basis Develop and execute strategic sales plans Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships Meet individual and team sales targets Research accounts and proactively generate or follow up on leads Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to stay current on industry developments Provide reports and feedback to management Maintain and grow the client database within the territory Requirements Proven sales experience with a strong record of exceeding quotas Familiarity with the K‑12 technology market Willingness to travel within the territory Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems Strong pipeline management and sales strategy skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficient in general computer use Adaptable, self‑motivated, and results‑driven Benefits Competitive salary plus commission/bonus structure Two weeks of PTO, increasing with tenure 401(k) plan with 4% company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company paid holidays Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year + commission/bonus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Virtucom, Inc.
