Sales Leadership | $175,000–$350,000 Expected Annual Earnings
Aspen Bravo is a rapidly growing residential window and door replacement company offering premium ProVia® windows and doors , known for exceptional quality and industry-leading warranty protection.
We’re expanding our Nashville team and looking for a Senior Design Consultant who wants the opportunity to sell, lead, develop people, and build toward running an entire market.
No window and door experience is required.
We’re looking for the person with the right drive, grit, coachability, and desire to build something significant.
The Opportunity
The Senior Design Consultant is a producing sales leader and one of the most important positions in an Aspen Bravo market.
You’ll:
- Sell premium window and door replacement projects directly to homeowners.
- Earn leadership overrides from the sales team you develop.
- Lead morning meetings and help deploy the team into the field.
- Coach and develop Marketing Coordinators, Junior Design Consultants, and Design Consultants.
- Run joint homeowner appointments to help train and develop your team.
- Recruit talented people who can uphold the Aspen Bravo standard.
- Serve as the market’s point person when the Area Sales Director is unavailable.
- Build toward advancement into an Area Sales Director position.
Compensation
100% commission and leadership override. No salary or hourly pay.
Expected annual earnings: $175,000–$350,000
