Office Clerk 1

The Driver (Office Clerk I) plays a vital role in supporting accessibility and inclusion by transporting a visually impaired employee to appointments and client locations. Additional responsibilities include reading mail and documents, assisting with general office tasks, and providing administrative support. This position helps the organization fulfill its mission of creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Key Responsibilities Safely transport employee to appointments and client locations across Northeast Oklahoma. Use GPS or navigation tools to locate addresses and accompany the employee during visits. Read documents, emails, and other materials to assist the visually impaired employee. Provide administrative support, including filing, organizing, and preparing documents. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Assist with additional office tasks or client interactions as assigned. Qualifications Must have driving experience in a previous job. High school diploma or equivalent required. Current Oklahoma driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to act professionally and maintain confidentiality at all times. Flexible schedule to accommodate changes in weekly appointments. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully. Comfortable using GPS or navigation tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physically able to assist with office tasks and accompany employee to client locations.
