If you are detail-oriented, enjoy the challenge of a busy dealership and have familiarity with compact construction or agricultural equipment, we'd like to get to know you! Full-time position (Store hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 am-5:00 pm) Overtime as needed Responsibilities Assist with all rental needs and inquiries to include walk ins, phone calls, and emails. Generate new customers leads, including occasional cold calling. Open, close, and manage all rental contracts. Maintain displays on the sales floor. Operate within all rental policies and procedures of the company. Prepare equipment which includes: washing, greasing, checking fluid levels, checking for proper operation, filling out documentation on computer and paperwork, doing minor repairs. Load and unload equipment which includes: proper instructions on basic operation, checking for damage on returns, documentation on condition, loading and unloading on trucks and trailers. Assist customers and helping with all departments of the store. Sweep and clean which includes, helping with yard cleaning, yard organizing, cleaning wash bay when needed, trash disposal. Always operate in and maintain a safe work environment; obey safety rules and wear required safety PPE. Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills. Excel in a high volume fast paced environment. Excellent customer relations skills. Good computer and systems knowledge. Must be able to pass a drug screen. Valid Driver's License in good standing is preferred. Physical Requirements Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and around fumes & loud noise. Physically able to operate construction equipment and forklifts. Physically able to operate a variety of automated office machines including a computer, printer, facsimile machine, copy machine, calculator, telephone, etc. on a repetitive basis. Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects. Occasionally required to sit, climb and balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and lift.
