Communications Supervising Associate

The Opportunity The Communications Supervising Associate is responsible for supporting the design, development, quality and management of the internal and/or external communications initiatives for Talent areas including alumni, wellbeing, inclusiveness, learning and development, recruiting and the Talent function. You will help lead the planning and execution for communications spanning multiple channels and leverage best practices to engage audiences across levels, roles and generations. You will build relationships with key internal stakeholders and provide communications counsel to meet approved business goals and objectives. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholder groups to drive effectiveness of the strategy and adapt as needed. Key Responsibilities Execute against the Talent communications strategy, working with the Talent Communications team and internal and external stakeholders to achieve the function’s objectives. Identify content opportunities and lead content development, engage with subject matter experts, secure appropriate reviews and approvals and edit as needed. Manage channels for the Talent function including emails, videos, newsletters, websites, intranet, social media and more. Leverage firm‑approved Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to develop and execute deliverables, optimize workflow and enhance quality. Ensure consistent messaging across disciplines, including external stakeholders, internal communication channels and social media. Show strong organizational, time‑management, attention to detail and quality, and be able to meet deadlines independently. Build strong relationships and be proactive beyond the core team. Skills & Attributes for Success Demonstrate understanding of advanced principles and concepts for communications. Work independently on communications activities, liaising with Talent stakeholders and fellow communications colleagues. Act as project manager for small‑to‑medium‑scale communications initiatives, generally under the direction of a supervisor. Leverage AI tools to inform decisions and anticipate issues. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills. Show teamwork skills. Show project management skills. Be comfortable with using AI tools for content creation and refinement. Show eagerness to gain insights and proactively share them with the team. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related major, or equivalent experience. At least 5+ years of communications experience. Ability to be flexible with hours to meet deadlines during content launches; limited travel required. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $74,800 to $139,900. For the New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento), the range is $89,800 to $159,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
