Speech-Language Pathologist

Kerr Connect is seeking a full time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in North Charlotte for the 2026/2027 school year. For more than 30 years, we have partnered with schools to provide exceptional therapy services while creating a supportive environment where providers can learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities:

* Provide speech and language services to students in a K–12 charter school setting.

* Administer, score, and interpret standardized speech and language assessments.

* Collaborate as an active member of a multidisciplinary educational team.

* Attend IEP meetings and provide services in accordance with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

* Evaluate and treat students using ASHA guidelines and other evidence-based practices.

* Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with school staff and families.
