Preconstruction Manager/Estimator (Education)

Strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficiency with estimating software like Bluebeam or On-Screen Takeoff. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications. Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors during bid phases.
