They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer. What you’ll do Join our food and grocery team and help our customers make important decisions about the quality of fruit and vegetables. Responsibilities include: Work in the deli and provide customer service, ensuring a great shopping experience. Help customers in the bakery, decorating cakes and celebrating special moments. Assist in the dry grocery department, ensuring customers find the items they need. Other duties are detailed cleaning of shelves and department, temperature control checks, date verification, and proper disposal of lower quality food products. If you have a passion or experience with fresh food or grocery, this is the job for you. What you’ll bring Help customers find the products they are looking for. Ensure high quality products are available in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and other departments. Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays. Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food. Assist customers in ordering cakes, fulfilling deli orders, or finding the right produce.
