Enrollment Coordinator

Ophelia is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to support patient enrollment and help individuals access evidence-based treatment through its telehealth healthcare platform. This fully remote role is ideal for a compassionate and organized professional who can communicate effectively with prospective patients and guide them through the initial steps of care. The successful candidate will connect with potential patients, manage outreach activities, respond to referrals, and support enrollment growth through a patient-focused approach. The role requires strong communication skills, comfort with phone-based outreach, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective patients and assist them throughout the initial enrollment process. Provide empathetic support using a patient-centered and trauma-informed communication approach. Conduct outreach activities, including phone calls and follow-ups with potential patients. Reconnect with prospective patients who may have discontinued communication and help them continue their care journey. Work independently in a remote-first, technology-driven environment. Use enrollment data and metrics to monitor outreach performance and identify improvement opportunities. Support team growth initiatives and contribute to the development of enrollment processes. Represent Ophelia’s mission while supporting individuals seeking healthcare services. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing, customer-facing, or patient-facing role. Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate with empathy. Comfortable conducting outreach through phone calls, including cold calls and follow-ups. Ability to work with multiple digital platforms in a remote work environment. Strong adaptability and willingness to contribute in a fast-paced startup environment. Data-focused approach with the ability to track outreach activities and enrollment outcomes. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities independently.
