This isn’t a role where you wait for leads to show up. You’ll build the relationships that create them. You’ll spend your time in the market meeting decision-makers, developing referral partnerships, opening commercial relationships, and positioning Panhandle as the company people already know and trust when property damage occurs. What You’re Building Restoration is different from traditional transactional sales. When a building floods, a pipe breaks, or a property experiences fire or other damage, the customer often needs help immediately. There isn’t time for a three-month purchasing process. They call the company they know—or the company recommended by someone they trust. That’s why your relationships matter. You’ll develop a network that can include: Property Managers Insurance Agents & Adjusters Plumbing Contractors Facility Managers Commercial Property Professionals Contractors Business Owners Other Professional Referral Partners The objective is to become a valuable business resource to these professionals long before an emergency occurs. What You’ll Do This is a true outside business development position. You’ll be responsible for: Building your territory through consistent prospecting Identifying high-value referral partners and commercial prospects Opening new relationships through phone and face-to-face outreach Securing meetings with decision-makers Conducting consultative business development presentations Developing new referral partnerships Maintaining and growing existing relationships Following a structured account-development and farming process Managing prospects, activity, and opportunities through CRM Executing an organized weekly sales plan Working closely with sales leadership and operations Turning relationships into measurable revenue growth You’ll have a system and support behind you.
