Topsider Homes — Clemmons, North Carolina For nearly six decades, Topsider Homes has designed, engineered, fabricated and shipped custom homes throughout the United States and around the world, with thousands sold since 1968. We provide custom‑designed post‑and‑beam panelized building components and materials for local builders and contractors to assemble and complete. We are not a builder, modular‑home company or mobile‑home company. About the Role We are seeking an experienced salesperson for an office‑based, phone‑oriented position working with incoming prospective clients planning custom homes. There is no cold calling or travel. Qualifications We are looking for a mature, successful salesperson with experience making high‑value consumer sales in a related industry or similar field. Candidates must have strong communication skills, be computer competent, including Outlook and Excel, and possess practical residential construction knowledge. Well‑traveled candidates are a plus because our clients come from throughout the United States and internationally. We provide thorough training in Topsider Homes’ sales approach, along with a comprehensive residential construction course. This is a daily office position in Clemmons and includes some evenings and Saturdays. Compensation $75k to $125k (Includes $50k salary + incentives and bonus.)
