The Role As Everfit’s Social Media & Content Manager , you will drive our social presence, from strategy through execution: spotting trends, developing original concepts and recurring series, and turning our brand, products, community, and ideas into content that captures attention and connects with coaches and consumers across the fitness world. We’re looking for a social-native strategist and creator who knows what makes people stop scrolling, watch, share, and come back for more. You are full of creativity and enjoy developing even the most unhinged ideas. You love understanding what drives social performance and constantly use those signals to test, learn, and sharpen the creative. You’ll collaborate across Brand, Growth, Product Marketing, Creator Partnerships, and Creative Production to bring ideas to life at the right speed and scale. You have strong social instincts and know when an idea deserves a full production, or when the best version is something you can create and quickly publish today. Our manifesto: Everfit's new brand identity: Some examples of our social media content: What You’ll Do: Develop Everfit's social content strategy in partnership with Brand, Growth, Creator, and Product Marketing. Constantly identify formats, trends, cultural moments, fitness/wellness culture, creators, and emerging behaviors Everfit can participate in. Brainstorm original content series, recurring franchises, campaigns, and social-first concepts, not just individual posts. Turn product launches, company initiatives, customer stories, and brand moments into social-first ideas people actually want to watch and share. Build channel-specific strategies for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, understanding what works differently on each. Understand performance metrics for impressions, engagement, retention, watch time, hooks, shares, saves, comments, CTR, subscriber/follower growth, and conversion. Creative Development Understand the importance of testing hooks, formats, lengths, thumbnails, titles, editing styles, and creative approaches. Write and refine hooks, captions, scripts, titles, CTAs, creative briefs, and storyboards. Work directly with Everfit's designers, videographers, editors, and marketers to turn concepts into finished content. Brainstorm and develop content directly with coaches, athletes, ambassadors, creators, customers, and Everfit team members. Help identify compelling personalities and stories within the Everfit community that can become great content. Hands-on Operator Be able to create content yourself when speed or authenticity matters—shooting short-form video, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, interviewing people, or producing lightweight social content without requiring a full production team. Be comfortable on location and behind the camera, directing talent and creators to get the right performance, hook, shot, or soundbite. Take ownership of real-time and reactive content, moving quickly when trends, events, launches, or cultural moments create an opportunity. Optimize and test content, including captions, thumbnails/covers, titles, hashtags/metadata, post timing, and platform-native features (Trial Reels, Version, Edits) What we're looking for Proven track record building and growing social media presence, ideally in fitness, wellness, health, or a related consumer space. Deep, current understanding of social platforms, formats, and trends, especially short-form video. Strong instinct for what makes content spread: hooks, storytelling, and structure. Fast, prolific executor who can go from idea to published content quickly. Fluent with AI-powered content and editing tools to work efficiently. A genuine passion for fitness.
