This is a premium women's lifestyle, activewear, and sport brand at the center of a full rebrand, a major PR push, new product launches, and a category they're about to own outright. This isn't a startup finding its voice. The voice is found. They need someone who can turn it into a visual language people recognize before they ever see the logo. The Role You’ll be the most senior creative in the building and the right hand to the Director of Marketing. That means real ownership. You’ll take the brand book and translate it into the kind of creative their community reposts, screenshots, and shows up for. Brand guardianship. You decide what's on-brand across social, paid, web, and every agency partner touching the visuals Culture-first creative. Email flows, paid social, web assets, print, packaging, and product mockups, all built to feel like they belong in the same world Launch moments. Merch drops, go-to-market decks, and the kind of packaging people photograph before they even open it. A real voice in the room. Trend awareness and proactive ideas aren't a nice-to-have here The Upside This role is built to grow into Creative Director over the brand. As the company scales into its next category, the person in this seat scales with it, from executing the vision to owning it.
