If you have worked in the trade industry or a similar field where you coordinated appointments, communicated with technicians or field staff, or helped customers understand technical or service related issues, you already have what it takes. This role lets you use that hands on knowledge in a stable, on site position with real hours, real pay, and real benefits. You thrive on helping people, staying organized, and responding with urgency and care, and you understand that quality service starts with the very first conversation.

You Will Be Trusted To:

• Accurately enter tickets, purchase orders, and customer data
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and team members
• Solve problems in real time while staying within company policies
• Identify whether issues are our responsibility or third party or trade related
• Explain solutions clearly to protect customer trust and company interests

You Qualify With:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience in a professional or industry related environment
• Typing 50 to 60 words per minute with accurate data entry skills
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Dependable with consistent attendance and ability to follow processes
• Reliable transportation, must work on site (not remote or hybrid)

Additional Success:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a related trade environment
• Familiarity with scheduling and dispatch systems
• Experience supporting field service teams
• Knowledge of garage door products and services
