Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician (Electrical Focus)
Location: North Royalton, OH
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24–$28/hr to start (Temp-to-Hire)
Benefits: Eligible for raise and full benefits package upon hire - medical fully covered by employer. 

Position Overview:

An established and reputable manufacturing company in  North Royalton, OH is seeking a  skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background to join their growing team. This is a 1st shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential. You'll train under the current Lead Maintenance Technician and play a key role in maintaining production equipment, minimizing downtime, and ensuring smooth facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, control panels, motors, sensors, and wiring
• Assist with mechanical repairs including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and pumps
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Document maintenance activities and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of equipment issues
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (electrical and mechanical)
• Solid electrical foundation (basic electrical knowledge which can be built upon)
• Mechanically inclined with experience working on production machinery
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and mechanical schematics
• Willingness to learn and grow with guidance from the Lead Maintenance Technician
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Reliable transportation to and from North Royalton, OH
