Principle Business Compensation Analyst

Principal Business Compensation Analyst This role is a hybrid position with an expectation of working an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office, preferably in Houston, TX. The primary responsibilities involve planning, designing, developing, analyzing, communicating and implementing Total Rewards strategies and programs aligned to HPE’s business and HR priorities. Responsibilities Apply total rewards subject matter expertise to design and develop highly complex programs. Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of total rewards strategy. Communicate with senior managers to deliver guidance and desired results for compensation and benefits programs. Manage compensation and benefits projects that impact employees in multiple countries, regions, or businesses. Account for impact analysis of compensation and benefits initiatives and the financial and legal outcomes of programs. Possibly manage benefits delivery in partnership with vendors and providers. Contribute to the integration strategy for MADO transactions. Lead multiple programs simultaneously. Develop relationships with total rewards industry professionals and organizations to maintain current market trend knowledge. Education and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. 10+ years of related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources. Experience serving as a trusted compensation consultant to senior business and HR leaders. Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross‑functional compensation initiatives and projects. Knowledge and Skills Comprehensive understanding of total rewards systems and related HR functions. Advanced knowledge of the regulatory environment related to employee compensation and benefits. Superior communication, leadership, consulting, influence and negotiation skills. Exceptional financial and business acumen. Excellent project management, problem‑solving and analytical skills. Meets the licensing or certification requirements of the relevant country or region (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional in the US).
