Trenkle Agency is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to help individuals and families find life insurance coverage that fits their needs and budget. This opportunity is a fit for someone who enjoys meeting people, setting goals, and developing their sales skills with training and mentorship.

What You’ll Do

• Contact prospective clients who have expressed interest in insurance.
\n
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments.
\n
• Ask questions to understand each client’s needs and budget.
\n
• Explain coverage options and assist with applications.
\n
• Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records.
\n
• Participate in training and team meetings.
\n

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• A coachable attitude and consistent follow-through.
\n
• The ability to manage your schedule and work independently.
\n
• A current life insurance license or willingness to obtain one before selling.

• U.S.-based applicants.

Compensation & Expenses
