This role involves overseeing the daily activities of the business development center, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring exceptional service to our clients. - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the business development center.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the business development team to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to continually improve processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide initiatives.
- Proven experience in business development or management roles.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient with CRM and business development software.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
