Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel in office management, customer service, and clerical support.
Work two days a week! 16 hours total
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Support clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and document preparation
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Qualifications
- Prior office experience or administrative support experience is required
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail in proofreading, data entry, and document management
