Immigration Paralegal

June Lee Law Group is a bilingual (Korean/English) business immigration firm based in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, providing strategic immigration counsel for the global workforce. We're seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal with strong PERM expertise to join our growing employment-based immigration practice. Role Description In this role, you'll work directly with attorneys on a full portfolio of employment-based immigration matters — including E-2, L-1, H-1B, EB-1C, EB-2, EB-3, Adjustment of Status (AOS), and PERM filings — spanning both non-immigrant and immigrant visa work. PERM expertise is essential: you should be comfortable independently managing PERM cases end-to-end, from prevailing wage determinations through certification and audit response, while contributing across the broader practice. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in U.S. immigration law (corporate/business immigration preferred) Proficiency in preparing and filing employment-based visa petitions (E-2, L-1, H-1B, EB-1C, EB-2, EB-3, AOS, and PERM) Experience independently managing PERM filings from prevailing wage through certification Fluency in Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and filings Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Paralegal certificate, associate's/bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship Experience with immigration case management software a plus What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and firm holidays June Lee Law Group is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants of all backgrounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr June Lee Law Group LLC
