Apartment Maintenance Technician – Houma, LA 70360

Certified Apartment Staffing is hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Houma, LA.

MUST HAVE APARTMENT / MULTIFAMILY MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.

We are looking for a hands-on, dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Technician, or Multifamily Maintenance Technician with experience handling daily maintenance operations in an apartment community.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete apartment maintenance work orders and service requests
Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general maintenance repairs
Complete apartment make-ready / unit turns
Troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues
Perform preventative maintenance
Maintain apartments, common areas, and property grounds
Respond to resident maintenance requests professionally
Assist with property inspections and general upkeep

Qualifications:

MUST have previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance
Apartment make-ready and turn experience preferred
Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced apartment environment
HVAC, EPA, CPO, or other maintenance certifications are a plus
