Role Description

We have an exciting new private duty pediatric case opening in Fenway, Boston and we're looking for a compassionate, skilled nurse to join this family's care team.

This is a 1:1 home health role with full flexibility, no set shift commitment required . You choose the availability that works for you.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Nursing and Medicine to deliver high-quality, skilled healthcare services
• Experience in Home Care and Patient Care to provide personalized, compassionate care in patients’ homes
• Proficiency in Wound Care, including dressing changes and prevention techniques
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and medical teams
• Current RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
• CPR certification and knowledge of pediatric care standards
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to a home-care setting
• Experience in culturally sensitive and multilingual care is a plus
