People Business Partner

This role serves as a strategic partner and advisor focused on delivering an exceptional employee experience. It aligns Employee Experience team objectives with business goals and industry best practices, connecting employee-focused initiatives to meaningful business outcomes. The role also acts as a thought leader, approaches opportunities with a solutions-oriented mindset, and works comfortably with diverse audiences while contributing to a culture of excellence. How You’ll Make an Impact: Act as day-to-day tactical and consultative partner to Swig leadership teams to support employee relations, investigations, and performance management. Educate, coach, and advise leadership on people management, workforce planning, and employee development opportunities. Build productive and trusting relationships with the operations team to strategize, design, and execute engagement and culture initiatives using data-driven solutions. Collaborate closely with the L&D team to identify training needs, create training content, and educate employees and management as needed. Leverage data to make informed recommendations for improving HR initiatives. Assist in building a scalable and consistent employee experience through procedures, policies, communication, training, and streamlined HR workflows. What you’ll bring to the role: 4+ years experience in HR, preferably in a progress consultative or Business Partner role. Experience working with senior management and team members alike, preferably in a distributed workforce. Experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, multi-unit, and/or multi-state environments preferred Strong experience creating processes and streamlining HR workflows. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills.
