Our Danbury, CT client is seeking an analytical, customer-focused Cost Estimator Professional to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, developing accurate project estimates, and working directly with customers to deliver winning solutions. Direct Hire - $80-120k

What You’ll Do

· Review project specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.

· Prepare accurate estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.

· Develop competitive proposals and quotations.

· Source pricing from suppliers and vendors.

· Communicate with customers regarding project scope and proposal status.

· Identify project risks and recommend cost-effective solutions.

· Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams.

What We’re Looking For

· 3+ years of estimating experience in industrial or commercial manufacturing.

· Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to learn new software and technical systems quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

· Experience with boiler combustion control systems.

· Familiarity with CAD software and electrical drawings.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
