Workforce Forecasting & Scheduling Specialist

Spectrum is seeking a Workforce Management Admin to drive scheduling, reporting and auditing across its inbound contact centers. You will ensure proper shift coverage, monitor adherence and performance metrics, and partner with leaders to optimize staffing and service levels.
