What You'll Do

• Perform decontamination of surgical instruments, including drills, scopes, and DaVinci equipment
• Assemble all instruments across various service lines such as trauma, loaners, and peel packaging
• Operate sterilization equipment (Sterrad and steam)
• Handle High-Level Disinfection (HLD) and scope processing
• Manage sterile storage and inventory tracking
• Communicate effectively with OR teams, serving as an OR liaison
• Use Censitrac tracking system for instrument management
• Operate Medivator equipment for sterilization processes
• Maintain compliance with hospital and department standards

What You Need
Required:

• Certification in CBSPD or CRCST (through HSPA or IAHCSMM)
• Prior sterile processing experience in trauma or similar busy hospital environments

Preferred:

• Experience with Medivator equipment
• Knowledge of Censitrac tracking system
• OR liaison experience
