Payables Receivables AssociateCamping World is seeking a Payables Receivables Associate for our growing team. The Payables Receivables Associate will help support the dealerships with various accounting related tasks.What You'll Do:Stock in new inventoryGeneral ledger entriesEnter accounts receivable invoicesMake bank deposits and bank reconciliationIssue internal invoicesCommunicate with dealership personnel regarding inventory updatesData entryWhat You'll Need to Have for the Role:Applicant must be diligent, organized and extremely detail orientedA/R experienceBank reconciliation experienceIntermediate computer knowledge with MS Office including Excel, accuracy with 10 keypad and typing skills neededSelf-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize scheduleKnowledge of auto dealership accounting systems (IDS, ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds) would be helpful but not necessaryAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demandsMay hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesGeneral Compensation DisclosureThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated.
