Support Specialist, FI

Responsibilities Serve as point of contact for agents/brokers by gathering information on behalf of the underwriters Answer questions and resolve low complexity issues Ensure accuracy of information inputted into all appropriate systems Routinely communicate with team members, agents/brokers and other key business partners Utilize and adhere to internal guidelines and procedures Participate in problem solving activities to define problems and implement solutions Underwriter direction for policy changes as requested Establish, support, and maintain effective relationships with clients Requirements Typing 50+ wpm 5 years of MS Office skills preferred Ability to follow procedural guidelines and recognize exceptions to guidelines Successful experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Self-directed and highly productive with light supervision Comfortable with high volume workloads, fast-paced service standards and metric based performance assessment Detail-oriented, results-oriented and accuracy-focused Good verbal and written communication skills US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship) #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
