Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Utilize POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) for efficient order processing and cash handling.
• Control inventory levels and manage ordering processes to minimize waste.
• Train, develop, and supervise staff to enhance their skills in customer service and food handling.
• Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce.
• Implement effective shift management strategies to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Foster a positive work environment through team management and leadership initiatives.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

Skills

• Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Experience in staff training, development, and performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with various cooking techniques and kitchen management practices.
• Ability to manage inventory control efficiently while minimizing costs.
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team building and motivation.
• Previous experience in fine dining, casual dining, quick service & fast food restaurants is advantageous.
• Knowledge of culinary arts or hospitality management is preferred.
• Experience with catering services or banquet management is a plus.
