Welcome to Westport Social! We are excited that you want to be a part of our team! What's more fun than getting to work at a classic bar, music venue and gaming lounge?! We would be nothing without our amazing staff and we value and appreciate the strengths, energy, and personalities each individual brings to the team! We are seeking FOH Managers who are warm, personable, with high volume experience, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task, while making hospitality a main priority for all guests! Responsibilites include:
- Manager on duty when General Manager is not present.
- Oversees general operations, employee responsibilities, and customer interactions.
- Handles daily finances.
- Makes sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation, proper and legal alcoholic beverage service, kitchen safety techniques, and understands health standards.
- Strong Knowledge of FOH operations
- Creative Leader
- Must be available nights and weekends
