Title: TA Coordinator Location: Pensacola, FL Employment Type: Contract Compensation: Pay Range:$24.24Per Hr Description This position provides administrative, compliance, budgetary, and logistical support for a Talent Acquisition team. Located in a hybrid setting, the role involves assisting with daily operations and ensuring effective service delivery. Responsibilities include managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining applicant records. Key Responsibilities Create engaging and compliant job postings and manage applicant tracking. Schedule interviews, coordinate travel arrangements, and verify candidate information. Maintain files and records, both hardcopy and digital. Prepare and analyze data for reports and references. Identify and implement solutions to improve operational standards. Qualifications Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong integrity and confidentiality skills. Effective clerical and administrative skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.
