Senior Executive Director - Senior Living (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) | Up to 25% Annual Bonus Healthcare Support is seeking a Senior Executive Director for a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Colorado Springs, CO. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced senior living operations leader to oversee a large-scale community serving approximately 700 residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. The Senior Executive Director will lead all aspects of community operations, drive occupancy and resident satisfaction, oversee financial performance, and foster a culture of hospitality and excellence for residents, families, and staff. Pay Details: $140,740 - $190,000 annually Annual Bonus: Up to 25% based on staff retention and NOI performance Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm This is a leadership role requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and community needs. The Executive Director maintains full ownership of the building and serves as a key leader during emergency situations.
