This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on building meaningful relationships with new residents and supporting transitions, with a flexible schedule to meet resident needs. You will welcome residents, provide orientation, maintain daily engagement in the first 30 days, and coordinate re-engagement strategies to reduce departures, while adhering to health and safety requirements and #J-18808-Ljbffr Ivy Living
