Client Services Associate

The Client Services Associate is the operational backbone of the client relationship. Working alongside our advisors in the Tempe and Kansas offices, you own the details that make the experience seamless— opening accounts, moving money accurately, keeping every request tracked to completion, and communicating with clients in a way that reflects the firm: warm, professional, and precise. What you'll do: Account Operations Open and transfer investment accounts— paperwork, signatures, and tracking through completion Open bank and cash-management accounts and set up the services that go with them Money Movement Process withdrawal requests and other money movement with accuracy and appropriate urgency Track every request to confirmation — no item left open Client Communication Serve as a first point of contact for clients and partners by phone and email Follow up proactively until every item is resolved Workflow and Pipeline Manage the firm's CRM process — every open task logged, owned, and closed on time Maintain the pipeline: prospects, closed business, and the quarterly reviewmeeting calendar Keep client records current and prepare files ahead of advisor meetings What we're looking for Organization is paramount — you keep flawless track of many open items at once, and nothing falls through 1–3 years in client service or operations, ideally at an RIA, bank, or brokerage; financial services experience preferred Clear, warm, professional communication in every channel — email, phone, and in person Comfortable on the phone — you'll speak directly with clients and partners daily, so confidence on calls is essential Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong preference Discretion — comfortable handling confidential financial information Fluency with CRM systems and custodial platforms; Fidelity or Altruist experience is a plus Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft-based tools A service mindset — you take pride in follow-through $55,000–$65,000 per year, based on experience, plus discretionary bonus Full-time, hybrid schedule — four days in our Tempe office, one day remote Clear path to advance into roles of greater responsibility as the firm grows #J-18808-Ljbffr Fern Financial Group, LLC
