We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Douglasville, GA area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States. About the Position of Assistant Manager As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians’ work, manage outside orders, ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations and maintain safety of team members. About the Position of Service Manager The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. To ensure complete customer satisfaction, Service Managers direct workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, and drive the sales initiatives of Mavis. They communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide information regarding requested or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, ensure customers are satisfied with their in‑store experience and strive to meet expectations.
