A rapidly growing PE-backed healthcare SaaS company is seeking its first dedicated AI leader.
HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY is a MUST!!!!!

This is not a maintenance role.

You will define the AI vision, create the roadmap, launch customer-facing AI products, and build the team that turns AI into a competitive advantage across the business.

You'll partner directly with executive leadership, product, engineering, and customers to shape how AI is applied across healthcare operations and clinical workflows.

What You'll Own:

• Enterprise AI strategy and execution.
• Generative AI, LLM, and RAG initiatives. 
• AI product innovation and commercialization. 
• Building and leading a high-performing AI team. 
• Responsible AI governance in a healthcare environment. 
• Executive-level communication and customer engagement.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven leadership in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Experience bringing AI solutions into production. 
• Deep expertise with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and modern AI platforms. 
• Healthcare data, HIPAA, and compliance knowledge. 
• Ability to influence executives, customers, and technical teams.

Compensation: $180,000-$210,000 base + a substantial bonus potential
