As a part-time LCSW at Melodic Clarity, you will work remotely, utilizing the latest telehealth technology to connect with clients for therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as an LCSW will involve a variety of responsibilities designed to support our clients in achieving their mental health goals. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments through virtual sessions to understand each client's unique circumstances and develop tailored treatment plans following best practices.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, depending on individual client needs.

• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and quality assurance.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, school counselors, and fellow social workers, to create a coordinated care approach for each student.

You will primarily serve a diverse patient population in school settings, including children, adolescents, and their families who face a wide variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid California license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
