This position is responsible for processing accounts payable for multiple out-of-town (OTR) projects while working closely with Project Managers, Operations, and Accounting to ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time.If you enjoy organization, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in accuracy, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoProcess and code vendor invoices for multiple construction projects.Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation.Ensure proper approvals and accurate job cost coding.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.Process employee expense reimbursements.Maintain organized financial records and vendor files.Assist with month-end closing activities and project reporting.Communicate with vendors, Project Managers, and internal departments regarding invoice and payment questions.Support the Accounting team with additional projects as needed.Why Join American Eagle Ready Mix?Competitive pay based on experience.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.401(k) with Company match.Paid Time Off and paid holidays.Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company.Collaborative team environment where your work directly supports major infrastructure and construction projects.Be part of an organization committed to Safety, Quality, and Growth.ScheduleFull-TimeMonday – FridayOccasional overtime during month-end close or project deadlines.Pay$25.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience.What We're Looking For2+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience preferred.Construction, project accounting, or ready-mix/concrete industry experience is a plus.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and projects.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP software is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
